I have been thinking of signing up as a Demo for SU and was wondering what the difference was between a Hobby and Regular Demo. Is there any benefit to one over the other?
As far as SU is concerned there is no difference. Demos tend to make this distinction between themselves. Hobby demos don't typically do workshops and spend the required $300 per quarter (US) in sales themselves or between a few friends.
I should add that since you are from Canada the quarterly minimum is higher. Someone else can probably fill you in on the requirement.
