Question OK, all you SU demos, I have a question????

I bought the Kid's Marker set from SU in March or April and 5 of them are dried out already.

I've talked to my demo about it and she says since it's after 90 days there is nothing that can be done. Is this true??
I know markers tend to dry out but this soon?? And they've been like this for a couple of months, she just forgot to get back to me until now.

Is there a gaurantee she doesn't know about, she is new to all of the business and stamping for that matter.

Thanks for your help!
Lisa

Unfortunately, kids markers, no matter the manufacturer, tend to have a very short life-span, in my experiences. Considering the time-frame (over 90 days), I do believe your demonstrator probably cannot offer you any recourse via SU! at this point, given their 30 day exchange policy.

I don't know if you can do this with the kids markers, but if they open up, you can buy Perfect Ink Refresher from Ranger and add a few drops and I bet that they will perk up. Just a thought.
