Default Ever order "Primas" from OTC?

Has anyone ever ordered paper flowers from Oriental Trading Co? They have some that look like Primas. You get 300 five-petal flowers for $5.95. They are 1/2" size. Am I going to be disappointed if I order these?

Thanks!

1/2" is pretty small. I have not order any of the paper flowers from OTC but of the stuff that I have ordered from them I was kind of disappointed. Others have said that the quality has improved since I ordered from them. I ordered Primas from Paper Wishes for $6.99 and got the real deal.

I saw those from OTC, too. I thought they looked more like silk flowers than mulberry. I could be wrong about that. I decided just to order from Eclectic Paperie. I'm hoping to get those soon!!

I have ordered them and love them! There are two different kinds in the book. The ones in the box are really great!! I've ordered from there quite a few times and got 2 different ones. http://www.orientaltrading.com/appli...mode=Searching

I think I saw the ones that Robyn was talking about and those do look like they are silk. But these are paper.

Default another yes

Yes, I have ordered the paper flowers from OTC (the ones in the clear plastic box) and they are pretty nice. Not as dimensional as my Primas, but overall I was pleased with them. A few were bent or folded, but for the number that you can get, and the price, I was fine with that. I think these flowers would be a good option if you need a lot for a project and dont want to spend lots of money on Primas.
I think they have added silk type flowers, which I haven't tried, plus flowers with more layers.

Thanks Joani! I have some in my shopping cart right now but I don't know if I will actually order them this time. I just ordered a ton of Primas this week!! I should probably wait until I have a free shipping code.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the responses. I hadn't seen the ones in the boxes. I think I'm going to try them out. I do lots of announcements and invitations for people and cost is always a factor for me. Our LSS had the Bazzill Bitty Blossoms, but they were $4.59 for 35. OUCH! Most people that buy my invites have no idea what a Prima is, so they won't be comparing the quality anyhow.

I appreciate all your respones!
