While I think this room/house is awesome. I must be the complete opposite type of stamper. She's spreading the stamps out to show off every one & I'm trying to hide all mine. I have just spent days trying to figure out how to get all my stuff accessible but out of sight. I am seriously getting embarrassed by all the stamps and supplies I have. Some of my best friend's DHs complain if they spend $30 on stamps, etc. The cost of my stuff could pay for private school tuition....

Not that I'm gonna give up getting new rubbah any time soon. I AM addicted, but where am I gonna hide it all.

It is a gorgeous room/rooms and house, but I find I am a lot more creative with less. I have hundreds and hundreds of stamps, and I do not have nearly the creativity or love of stamping I did when I just had a few stamps.
I do love the house and the landscaping. That would certainly inspire me.

How wonderful! She must really enjoy having such a lovely space for creating.

It makes a lot of sense she only keeps some of her stamp in her upstairs/main stamp room. Given the size of her collection, it's a good idea to bring out a subset of them to avoid being completely overwhelmed.

She does lovely work. Good for her!

Michelle, Holy moly! Those were my exact words! Ya know, the best thing I saw in her room was the sink. Sure wish I had one in my stamp room. Another thing that some of you may not realize is that not everyone keeps their SU sets in the boxes............I don't for the most part. If I can't see 'em, I don't use them so I have them all out on the shelves. Sooooo, maybe she has more SU than you think. Besides, variety is the spice of life, no?

DH and I have a log home and I don't even care about the stamp rooms. lol! Her house is beautiful. I wouldn't want to have more than one room for my stamps and accesories. I like having everything in a little nook where I can get at it right away. It would be nice to have a big table for when friends visit, but other than that I have lot of natural light, a great view of our wooded acreage and plenty of space for me (not huge, about 10'X10' - not the house...the stamp room...hehe!). I am blessed.

I stamp all of my stamps on white cardstock and then put them on a ring so I can just flip through all my stamps and have them out of the way.

It is a stampers dream, but I have to be realistic its not going to happen, hubby has a problem with the stuff I have now, darn men, I am a very unorganized stamper, jewelry maker, knitter, crocheter, scrapper, geesh I wonder why my hubby would never allow that stampin room lol. I do think its over load, but I have a freind who is a CM demo they biult a new mansion and her store/classroom was built into the plans for there house and it is big but only one room very nice, though, about half of a basement of a very large house, cupboards, the shabang.

Someone on this site posted something about a lady who had a completely stocked stamp room on each of her three floors. She would order three of each so she didn't have to get it from the other floor.
