Default fung shui and erogonomics of our rooms...

Ok, I am a true beliver now! I have been moving around my desk in my stamping space. I have decided that my back to the door is a bad location! I thought that if I had my chair in between the counter/storage area and my desk, I would be able to access more stuff quickly. WRONG! For the 3 weeks that my chair and desk were located in that position, I accomplished NOTHING! I was GROUCHY with my lil helpers... ( felt closed in and irritated).
I just turned it back...I have natural light behind me ( windows ) and face the doorway now. Counter and storage is accessible to my left. I already feel better and have accomplished something already!
Do you notice a difference in your "carma" when you re arrange your space? What have you found to effect you positively (or negatively... so we don't make the same mistakes!)

For me, having my back to the door is awful. I worked for many years and I remember getting a promotion and moving into a beautiful office. But, the way it was set up my back was to the door most of the time so I had it redone. No small task with the built in stuff. My new boss (the former person in the office) couldn't understand what the problem was.
