Exclamation MN State Fair finds!

My husband went with us this year, so we ended up in some places I don't normally go with the 'girls'!

Over where machinery hill is there is what is basically a hardware store by Northern Tool & Equipment. There are lots of handy gizmos to be had there!

They are selling little hammers like the one in the crafter's tool kit (the handles are not varnished, however) for $1.00! So, if you don't have the tool kit, but would like a handy little hammer, that's the place to get it! Maybe they even have them in the regular Northern Tool & Equipment stores too?? Couldn't hurt to call and ask if you're not going to the fair!

Also they have scissors similar to the rubber scissors we sell for $2.00! They are NO WAY NEAR the same quality - but they do have the bigger handle and the smaller blades.

For some reason people just seem to love to use our rubber scissors for other things, and it makes me cringe to see it!! So these cheap ones would be the perfect item for cutting metal edge tags, etc! We don't want any dents/chips in the blades of our precious rubber scissors!!!

There's lots more good stuff there too! Every crafter/tool-time person should check it out while they are there!

I even got really nice, backpack material, velcro closure, heavy-duty clip, cell phone holders for my girls for $3.00 I think! They are jusr regular black, but we are going to decorate them with a monogram or something!

And they have larger cell phone/clip/velcro holders in green cammo that probably would have fit my digital camera great, but I didn't think of that till it was too late. Those were $4.00.

Boy, I was at the Fair 13 hours and still didn't see half of what I wanted to!
WOW!
