Smile A2 Gift Card Boxes

Hello All;

I'm looking for a gift card box template that will fit the A2 size cards. Can anyone help me??? I hope so.

In case you're interested in making a regular box with lid, here's a template I like because it's a stronger, more reinforced construction:

A nice option is cutting an opening in the lid and backing it with acetate so you can see the pretty cards inside.

I have been watching Carol Duvall and just a few minutes ago (the second program) some one demo'd rectangular boxes that could be made in different sizes. They always have directions and templates on the hgtv.com website.
