Default Slide Mounts

Sorry if this is a double post - I thought I had already done this but it's not showing up!

Anyway - can somebody please tell me where the best place is to buy slide mounts? And do they come with the plastic/acetate already in the window or is it just an empty window. Excuse my ignorance!

Thanks...

I just pick mine up at Walmart and the local stamp store. They come in plastic and paper, but I have not seen any with anything in the window, just the hole. I did not know that everyone but me splits them and makes two out of each one until I posted here :-)

Hope that helps,
HeatherJ

Well Heather, that makes two of us. I didn't know about splitting them either. I could only find 2 slide holders and made 2 cards and to think I could have made FOUR!!! Isn't it wonderful to learn something every day?

Where at WalMart do you find them? Crafts or photo?

You can pick up the paper ones at a camera store. They are definitely much less expensive there than at a craft store. It seems they always charge an exorbitant rate for anything that's sold to crafters. :?

Try this company. I just got my order from them, and their prices are good.
