You know, maybe I'm just "lucky", but I have never, ever had a problem with any of my orders from Papertrey. I've been ordering since their launch, and although I don't order every month's new release by any means, I buy a lot from Paperetrey.
My hubby says I lead a charmed life though. I have bought lots of stuff on ebay and on the Buy/Sell forums, and have always had nothing but great experiences.
PS I don't hit many red lights either, which drives him crazy.

I love their matching dies. The people that makes cards on their blog are wonderful. I had problems with the shipping to Canada in the beginning but now I just wait a launch or two and get a discount on my 100.00 order. If I have to get it up to that mark I just order their paper, it is wonderful.
I'm definitely going to be checking out the B/S/T here for some used sets to start off. Sadly, these days I seem to be more of a collector than a user. Speaking of...best get off to my room to create some Valentine's Day cards and 6x6 scrapbook pages for my SU stamp club tomorrow!!! I'm always at least one project behind. :(
I LOVE PTI.
Never had problem in all the years I've been ordering.
Good quality stamps, dies, paper, ink pads.
Wonderful ideas for cards....LOVE them!!!
Just when I thought I had talked myself out of wanting PTI dies (due to the customer services issues and bad Better Business Bureau rating) along comes a positive crowd.
Back and forth, yes and no, on and off ... what do I do? Hmm...I'm gonna have to think on this. Good thing it's going to be awhile before I do my spending.
