Default versamark

I chatted with the gal who owns the business/store in WA state & manufactures the wheels, handles etc for SU. I did it and haven't had any problems. She did say something about vecosity (sp?) and it having to do with thickness and such and that the versamark was thinner, may leak and need reinking quite frequently. I didn't get to talk to her initially since she was teaching a class when I had come in. I think I lucked out. It does soak up lots of ink.

You can buy an empty cartridge and fill it with the Versamark re-inker. It takes time for it to soak in--I inked it and let it sit for a day and then inked it again. Works great now!

I have done this and it does work. It takes alot of ink the first time you fill it and it does seem to dry up quickly. Mine ahs leaked some so I keep it in a little ziploc bag just to be safe.

I bought the embossing cartridge and then added my versamark refill to it. I just squished it on and left it over night. I add a little sometimes when it needs refreshing. IT's fine and doesn't leak at all. HTH!
