No shipping

Last year in December there were no shipping costs for a couple of weeks or so, are they planning that again this year? Thanks & by the way I am in Canada.

I think they did no shipping last year due to their warehouse move - I think. I wasn't yet a demo then, but I am pretty sure that was the reason. I have not heard anything about free shipping in December this year. Most promotions like that are announced to demo's on the 15th of the month before. But, SU could surprise and announce that Dec. 1. Stay in touch with your demo.

Well, last year's free shipping wasn't announced until the very day it started! It was really more of an apology gift from SU to make up for some horrendous backorder troubles they'd been experiencing.

Remember when there was that HUGE shipping strike going on? That really impacted SU's business. Many more things than we realize come from overseas. Not so much what SU orders themselves, but also the vendors SU purchases from get some of their raw goods from overseas. It all gets affected when the ports are compromised.

I'm not really counting on another free shipping special like that. Not that I'd complain if they did it, lol, but I'm not holding my breath.
