I'm on my third pack of Carribean and Marigold Morning. I'm using the vintage violet with Kraft and always artichoke for our own Christmas cards this year.
I love AmyR's tutorial on using a set of blender pens and re-inkers to have a set of InColor markers. And the matching ribbon in the holiday mini is awesome. I gave up. Just enjoy and use them.
Can you possibly give me the link where this tutorial is? Or where specifically I would find that tutorial on this site? I am a newbie here at SCS. The fact that there is not markers has been my main reason I have not bought the new colors so far.

I really like the Marigold, just haven't had time to play with it yet. Hopefully this weekend.
How does one get three stamp pads free with $150 order? I have never heard of that, and my orders are always large. Do you have to be a Demomstrator for that deal? I am not an Demonstrator.

I think she's talking about being a hostess...her order was large enough to be a hostess level workshop, so she got the benefits...a free stamp set and free merchandise.

As for the marker, just put a few drops of reinker on the tip of a blender pen and use it to color. If you don't have the reinker, you can just touch the blender pen to your pad, but the color won't be as vibrant. When you're done you can just scribble off the excess ink or just leave it for the next time you want to use it. As SU says, a pack of blender pens has 6 tips altogether, so you can just dedicate one end to each color.

If you don't use them, how will you sell them? It's one thing if you aren't a demo, but entirely different if you are. Many times I don't know if I like a set or a color (Sahara Sand, for instance), but the first time I use it, I'm usually hooked. Yes, it's a purchase you are making for a short while, but people want to make what they see in the catty, and so most likely, your payoff will be big. Good luck deciding.

Red face What new Colors?

I thought these colors you were talking about would be int he summer catalog...not that I can find. Where are they? Maybe it's because I have not had a party in for ever and I have not signed up to Demo yet. Or maybe it's late and I'm losing my mind...We are talking SU right????

The new "In Color" line that SU introduced this catalog year. They are only available for this year. You'll find them on the page before the rest of the colors. Buckaroo Blue, True Thyme, etc.

The new colors are fabulous. If you are at all intrigued I say go for it! The Cool Caribbean is awesome and I can't stop using it with my new paisley background!
