New Clue Found from new catty in new Paper Crafts Magazine
 

I found another clue in the new Aug/Sept Paper Crafts Magazine - page 66. The Set is Wanda's Wit & Wisdom. Was that set in a mini catty? Anyway, the card is by Renae Curtz, Courtesy of Stampin' Up - which means it is a current or new set.

Yes, Words by Wanda was in the summer mini catty of 2003.

I got my Paper Crafts magazine today.... the stamp set looks cute!! I see they have an ultimate scrapbook event at the Mall of America in Sept. hmmm wonder if hubby would let me go?? highly unlikely... oh well... glad I got my magazine today...:)
