Default A new Bella!

I just was scouring the stampinbella site and saw a new Bella, chefabella. She is adorable! I also saw a new scalloped oval stamp for the bellas! Sheesh now I want to make another small order!

Dawn

PS Good luck saying no to this one!

You could do a lot with that chefabella. You could take the pie or turkey out of her hand and put something else there. The scalloped oval is cool too.

No, they don't come with any cling. I just put double stick tape on my acrylic block and stick my bellas on that.

Do you have to change the tape every time or you leave it on the block for a while?

Your belles are shipping from Ontario, Canada so they could take up to 2-3 weeks if they get stopped at the border.

I know I ordered mine and shipped almost 2 weeks ago and they aren't here yet I expect them this week!

Can I just tell you folks from experience, that Canada Post is REALLY slow. If you add a Customs hold to that, between 2-3 weeks is NORMAL.

I was on the site and wondering...do I need the tack-n-peel? Is that what you use to adhere the stamp to the block? Also...they also have a magic rub eraser for sale...what is that? Is S/H alot coming from Canada? I've never ordered from Canada before.....

no, shipping and handling is great from emily. Second, do you have acrylic blocks? Emily talks on her site how to handle these, she says you can use double stick tape on an acrylic block. I am not sure what a magic rub eraser is, I will go and look..lol. I personally mounted my bella's on EZ mount and then use the back of one of my wood stamps with a sticker on it for stamping. I have also used the top part of a blank CD case (take it apart) to stamp my bellas if I want something clear and see thru. Hope this helps. you will love your Bella's and become as Addictabellaed as we all are!

BTW, for shipping times, my first Bella's arrived here in Soutern Maryland in just under a week, my second shipment took a bit longer (9 days). Still not bad considering they are coming from Canada!

I have a couple of acrylic blocks from TAC....but I didn't want to mess them up with something sticky....TAC has the cling. So I would probably order a block as well. WOW...no S/H!!! that is great! I just hate waiting 2-3 weeks!!! I'm very impatient!!! These stamps are adorable...I just want them all!!! maybe considering it takes so long to get them...I should just order all I want at one time!!!!!LOL!!! I haven't bought clothes in 2 seasons cause I spend all my $ on stamps!!! But,thats ok! I don't go anywhere but my stamp room anyhow!!!

Firstly I use glue stick, Pritt Stick etc put some on your rubber and then stick to your acrylic block, easy as that. When you have finished with that particular stamp, peel it off and start again, when you acrylic gets real yucky just wash it in some washing up water etc, so so so much easier than using sticky tape.

Secondly, my bellas arrived in under a week to the UK how impressive is that

Sillybird,

Is the glue stick you use a temporary (repositionable) or permanent glue stick?

What do you mean "no shipping & handling"?? I paid around $9 USD for shipping & handling for 10 bellas (no acrylic blocks or anything else, just the unmounted stamps).

The glue stick I use is Pritt Stick and is idea for sticking paper and card on the stick it says quick, easy , clean and washable, ie comes off your hands, etc my kids use it all the time and I use it to stick down all my paper and card to the bases etc, but if you use it with glass or acrylic it gives like a semipermanent fix, ie keeps it in place and when you want to change your stamp, just peel your stamp off the block (very very easy to do) and then just wash your block in washing up water, with some washing up liquid, and your block is nice and clean again, I tend to leave mine a bit and then it gets to the stage when you can't see through it!!!! I wash it, he he
