New $1 Stamps at Michaels

I was at Michaels on Thursday and wanted to post this when I got home but the forums were down. So I have been patiently waiting!

Michaels had some new styles available. I only bought two, but there was more. THey must have just got a new shipment cuz the bin was bursting with many stamps. Some were the ones we have all seen in the past.

I got a stamp that says "fun in the sun" in handwriting and a car.

There was one that said "class of '05". Try as I might I can not remember the others. I should have jotted them down when I got home and saw that I was unable to post.

I saw those over the weekend too! There's also:

four-leaf clover
ice cream sundae (pretty sure this is new)
gone to the beach
girly girl
graduation cap
sand dollar

Plus they also had restocked some of the older ones (martini, shoe, dog). Gotta love 'em.

I checked & there weren't any new ones at my local Michaels - still waiting!

Hey NC Sista! I live in Cary. The Crossroads Michael's doesn't carry the $1 stamps, so good to know I can always head over to Brier Creek!

I too am still waiting to find the new stamps...neither of the Michael's by me have them, yet. Keeping my fingers crossed they come in soon!!!

These are awesome and it sounds like they've come out with some new ones since I last visited! I have the cow, four leaf clover, flower, frog, "hello", cupcake and icecream cone!! I'll post some someday...I'm doing a presentation on Thursday night and want to show what cute cards you can do with these stamps! We'll see!

Got my own stack of them this weekend. The woman at the checout didn't believe her when I told her about how people were talking about these $1 stamps online.

I finally was able to hit Michaels on the day they put out the dollar stamps! The cashier said they just fly out of the store. I scored a really cute car stamp - it looks just like the 33 year old Porsche my DH has in the garage and a cow that was very cute! After that I hit the $1 spot at Target which is right next door --- a very good shopping day!

I can't wait for the gallery to open! I just stamped a bunch of cards for a presentation tonight to beginners. I made some simple cards with these stamps to show them you don't have to spend huge amounts of money to stamp! Well, ahem, you don't ***need*** too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I DO!!!!!!!!!!! Better practice what I preach eh?? ;)
