:( My mother passed away last week and I would like to send special thank yous to some wonderful people that did a lot for her and for her family. I am just at a creative loss for a card or cards that are special but not too time intensive because I have to go back to work tomorrow and don't have much time. I have tried and tried to start some, but keep getting stalled. Any simple ideas would be greatly appreciated. My mom was the one who set me on a "crafty" path at a very young age and I just feel that this would make her very happy.
I'm so sorry to hear about you're mother. Hugs to you. I would check the gallery. You can either check under the stamp set (if it’s Stampin-up) or you can do a search on "Thank You".
I'm sorry to hear of your mother's loss. God's peace to you at this time.
Here is a card from my favorites. I have used this design many times, simply changing the sentiment. It is simple, yet elegant: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Okay, here is my idea--but not really mine..(please accept my apologies whoever made this pretty card??).it is a card from the gallery I had saved on my desktop for an idea...I have not made any yet, but it seems so easy and elegant...you could even just not even take the time to tear the CS, IMO, just a white card horizontal like this, with the flower and the thank you as the stem along the bottom would be entirely suitable, especially for a bulk number of them...JMO
So sorry to hear -- May God's peace be with you as you move forward -- here is the link to a very super simple and quick card I did earlier this week for a challenge -- the word could be changed to say Thank You -- maybe it's too plain for your taste, but it is very quick -- good luck -- please post a link to let us see what you did. God's blessings --
If you have roses in winter you will find some easy great ones. Here is one I did for an announcement, but you can see the one emily made that was a sympathy card.
(((Pamm))) I'm so sorry for your loss. It's always tough to lose someone, but losing your mom is different from anything else.
I've always felt that simple images just stamped and embossed are elegant, people think they're amazing, and take next to no time to whip up. Something like Lovely as a Tree, any of them, gold embossed on Creamy Caramel or something like that. Very quick.
I am sorry about your loss... I think heartfelt thanks would be good. If you have a heartfelt thanks set, and soft subtle colors stuff would work great. Just my honest opinion.
So sorry about your Mom. I think everyone will understand if you don't make all of the cards right away. Take your time and take care of you. Maybe next weekend would be good. Could we send you some to use? All we need is your address.
I just wanted to say that I am so very sorry for your loss and I think you are honoring her memory in a beautiful and thoughtful way. I'm sure you will be given many wonderful and easy ideas here ... so many talented folks!
HUGS to you and your family... again, so sorry for your loss .
I am so very sorry for your lose. May peace be with you. Let me see if I can assist you... Here is my idea for a card:Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
This was so easy and so nice and elegant.
I agree with diane617....I do not think people expect to receive thank you notes or acknowledgements in just one week. Do give yourself some time....you do not need extra stress in your life right now.
I would be more than happy to send you some cards that you could use. Please let me know if that could help you out.
