What to you send to swap hostesses?

The poll about the +1 in swaps got me thinking. I've only done a couple of swaps but apparently some swappers send extra goodies to the hostess. I know it's alot of work for the hostess and would like to do this as well but I'm unsure of the kind of things to send. What kind of things do you send (if you send) to the hostess? Thanks!

I usally send a different card that just something like thanks, or thank you and enclose a small gift, maybe stickers, or some ribbon. I've added a package of eyelets or buttons. You get the idea. It's just a nice touch for the added work they do. I think most hostess' are surprised to get something because they do it out of the goodess of their hearts and that's the only reason, so it makes it a nice surprise to get a "extra" something!
