I was just at Target and not only did I get the tiny tins for .25 but they also had some great new stuff!
They had packages of ribbon that had 6 spools of one-foot ribbon in them. My Target only had the one package option.
They also had packages of jeweled brads, rhinestones, rub-on words, cute cards, etc. All of these things were $1. They also had small bucket tins painted in halloween themes and they were 2 for $1. These could be altered.
Just thought I'd share. I know that there were other things too that were cool but that is all that I can remember right now.
