Can you modge podge over a stamped image?

Can it be pigment ink, or does it need to be permanent ink? Thanks!

I have modge podged over stazon inks which are permanent with great success...especially when doing the serviette technique.

I would think you have to heat set the pigment before you try those!

Do you have the supplies? Why not try your own little experiment- use some scraps, choose your weapon of choice (stamp and ink) and try it out. Keep track of your results. And let us know what you find out! Good luck.

I tried it on a stamped image with pigment ink. It smeared. Now, I will try it with pigment heat heated, and then one that is heat embossed.

I have always gone with the "when in doubt", spray it with a fixative, like Kylon...
