What in the stamping world is this...I feel like such a dud
I see many mentioning they received or gave them but I cant for the life of me figure out the meaning...not trying to be nosy...

Oh...how do you do this how do you know their address....thank you....I am sorry to inconvenience anyone with my questions...i just didnt know what that was and never heard of it...

On the home page - left hand side - you'll see "quick links" and under that you'll see "join a user group" You need to click that and "apply" to join the Rak and WishRak groups then you'll have access to addresses, etc - HTH (hope that helps;) )
