Default My new craft room!

I finished half of my basement as a craft room and I moved some things in over the weekend since they finished 99% of the work last week.

Here is a link to my Kodak gallery. I has before and afters.

That is one huge closet! They had to make the closet to wall in some duct work but it's about 11 feet long. All my rolling totes are in there right now. I haven't added any shelving yet but that will be a future project. The little closet is just covering the breaker box.

Thanks!

I had been thinking about it for years so I did have a pretty good idea of what I wanted.

This has also been a great oppportunity for me to weed out some things that I knew I would never use. It doesn't go down to the basement until it's been sorted through and organized.

I'll probably be down there tonight preparing supplies for my Ronald McDonald stamp camp next weekend!

WOW! I can't wait for my room...

I had a great craft room with a whole wall of adjustable shelves when we first moved here - 22 years ago! Then 3 children came along and several years ago my craft room became a bedroom. Now I just have to wait until our oldest finishes college and goes out on her own and I get "my" room back - she graduates in May 07! There is hope... For now I have a part of the computer room and keep annexing more space...

Gorgeous room!! I love all the counter/stamping space. I have a small room but dislike the fact that in order to have others over to stamp I first have to relocate half the stuff on my work area. You could have several fellow stampers over...and even have space for a table if needed! Thats so perfect!! Great color choices too. Happy stamping

HA!!! I have a very small office/craft room and will soon be taking over part of hubby's gaming area for a full time stamping area!! Geez, just lose a few important bills in your cramped office and he's more than willing to part with some of his gaming space!! I've been begging for years!

Awesome room! I hope mine can only ebcome a 1/4 of yours!
