I bought a small magazine holder at Staples that is just the right size for the minis & recruit brochures.

I keep mine in a regular office folder (with the pockets on the bottom). I have the folder sitting on my shelf with my catty's and 3 ring binders (that holds my card fronts). I keep my 12x12 paper holders next to it, so the folder and binders don't fall down!
I keep mine in a retired Longaberger small vegetable basket....it looks like a mini magazine holder and they fit perfectly. I also use this for mini cookbooks too.
Here is a link to one I found on eBay....there are quite a few listed there.
Every year when the new catty comes out I have it spiral bound at Office Max. At that time, I take with me a cs style pocket folder (or plastic depending on if it it is the same size as the catty) with me and have them insert this pocket folder between the last page of the catty and the nice heavy plasticy back that they put on when it's bound. My mini's go in this pocket at at the end of the year they are all tucked away with the old catty for future reference. I've done this for the last 2 years and it works great!:-D
