I posted on this thread awhile ago, also having trouble with Molly's Square. Mine was slow delivery. But looking through recent complaints, I see the problems have grown much worse. Online companies are mail order companies, and Molly's Square APPEARS to be guilty of mail fraud, a Federal crime. Here's information on how to report it:

I was replying to rbrstmpfol as her PayPal payment was "pending", I was hoping she could cancel her payment. My dealing with Mollys Square was 3 years ago, I got my money back through my credit card company. Good information for reporting to Postal Inspectors for those having current problems.
I found this thread after placing an order. Is this company still in business? I was very excited to find the Paper Smooches Cross Stitch Die Bundle and ordered it right away. I made a PayPal payment and waited. I was surprised that PayPal did not notify me of the payment so I checked there. It was pending. I asked about that, and they said the company had to authorize the payment. The only thing I heard from Molly's Square Deal was the automatic response that my order had been received. That was on the website; I did not receive an email. I've sent two messages to them, but I have heard nothing back. They did not collect the PayPal money, and it no longer is even listed as pending.
I'm just disappointed that I was unable to buy the die I've been looking for and thought I had found. I don't mind waiting. I just wish someone would respond to my emails.
It is a shame that this "business" still comes up in search, they really need to be shut down. Don't hold your breath waiting for a reply and I would cancel any pending payment if you can.

If it's status is no longer 'pending', it seems wise to try to cancel the payment, unless the company is now prepping to gather & ship the items. You can also contact PayPal to inquire if you aren't sure of the status. You have the right to know what's going on for sure.
I've replied. And ... I had sent a message to Molly's Square and received an immediate response that she would come and check out this post. GL! I've used Molly's Square for years and know good will come of this.
