Default Help Needed For JustRite C45 Stamper

Aloha! This is my first time posting so I hope this is in the correct forum. I just received the JustRite C45 stamper and the first thing I wanted to try was making a custom message/stamp with the small letters placed in the border section.

While I was placing those tiny letters into place, I thought that they didn't feel very secure in place. I turned the stamp over and a majority of the letters fell out. I placed them back and tried again--still a whole bunch of letters fell out. I even lost one letter already as I couldn't find it after it fell out--and I haven't even gotten to use it yet! :-(

When I put the small letters in the middle section, I have to work/snap them into place and they don't fall out. But with the border section, the letters are very loose and pretty much swimming around.

Has anyone else had a similar problem with letters falling out? Solutions?

I was going to order more font sets and a rectangle stamper to go along with this from Flourishes but if one doesn't even work...

Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions!

I had this same problem. They determined mine was defective and replaced it. They have really great customer service. I received my new stamper in less than 24 hours!

Thanks for your replies! Now I know at least one other person has encountered the same problem and it's probably the stamp and not me (user error).

I went to the JustRite website and sent a message to them regarding this. I hope I can get the same great service that you got, lamcquinn!

Thanks!

lamcquinn, how did you contact JustRite customer service--phone, email, or the website's contact form? Also, how long did it take to hear back from them? Thanks!
