Default HELP! Punch issue!

I have an old style daisy punch and it is STUCK on a piece of paper! It is closed down and won't open. I have a stamp camp in two hours, so this is not good! (Nothing like waiting 'til the last minute!) Please HELP!

I've had luck pushing the punch part up from the bottom. HTH - good luck!

Put it in the freezer for 5 or 10 minutes. I think I read this somewhere for "stuck" punches. After it unsticks, punch a few shapes out of wax paper. Good luck!

I get frustrated easily so I usually end up banging it on the table top until it pops loose. Maybe the freezer method would be wiser.

This is my method! LOL It's the only thing I've gotten to work... then I buy the new style punches!
