If you think that's a good price, check out item #270041052207. The auction is for 6 refills @ $11.95, plus $4.05 shipping. You can purchase more than one "lot" of 6, but shipping is $4.05 for each lot. No matter how many lots you order, it comes out to $2.66 each, including shipping.
The seller (PENWA), lists them for all different amounts, and also different lot sizes. I found this particular pricing structure to be his best price - at least for a smaller order.
If you want to purchase a larger order, he has an auction for 48 that comes to $2.40 each. (Item #270025922392).
He ships quickly, just be sure to check out using the blue button!!! And, be sure to calculate the price PLUS shipping on all of his auctions. I was surprised at how different they were.
