There are many beautiful cards. I can't believe how talented you ladies (and gentlemen) are. I love getting ideas from you all for my creations.

Thanks!

The gallery has been even more awesome than usual lately, do you thinks it's because some states have kids back to school already and Moms are stampin' away??? But Kathyc I hope you are saving some energy for VSN this Saturday, don't get too tired running up and down those stairs before then! LOL

LOL, I'm glad it's not just me then & I was just thinking Joni, after I made a 6th card today that if I'm this inspired today, how much more can I do when faced with CHALLENGES??? I can't wait til next week, my 1st chance to join in VSN! I may bring my supplies down here once I see the shopping list! Then I only have to RUN to the dining room!

I just love the gallery. I find that if I see a card I like, I will think about how I can change it or adjust it to my style or use of a different stamp to make the same style of card. They are great.

I made my Christmas cards with Lovely Like a Tree based on a card I saw here. I'm quite pleased with the result. I saw another I liked using the tree in Shapes & Shadows - maybe next year...

The base for the Christmas cards I mentioned in the first post are all using Lovely as a Tree too; I think I did 8 in Blues using crayon resist and 8 in the new Handsome Hunter; I have to make about 50 cards so I may use a few different styles!

Thumbs up

I started making my Christmas cards today too, based on a Do The Hula card in the gallery. We move in October, to Hawaii, about the time I would start making my cards, so I'm doing them now.

I do think the gallery is fantastic, especially lately. I really enjoy checking it out.
