Default making your own post-it cubes

Hello to everyone from magpie in San Antonio, Texas. Found this site last week and have spent many a night reading different topics and forums. I even posted (in one of the forums but can't remember which one  ) a question regarding what type of adhesive to use when making your own pads of papers from cardstock, but am unable to find any replies to my posting. I can find my name on the memberlist and it shows 2 replies but am unable to access this infomation. Any directions as to how to do this would be greatly appreciated. Am so inspired by the thoughts, suggestions, and all around generous sharing of various members, I just don't know where to start. Thank you for any help that is given
