Default taking stock???

OK, so I have all the cs colors and 90% of the ink pads....I am working on the reinkers. Question is, did anyone make/find/see a spreadsheet/worksheet where we could take inventory of what we have vs. what we need??

I find myself always running out the door to stamp camp and then ordering at the end of the evening saying " I think I might need this one..."

Anyone??

I always circle what I have (or mark somehow) in my catalog. I bring my own copy of the catalog to any stampin' event.

I made a spread sheet in Excel. Unfortunately I no longer have the file, I deleted it once I had the printout. I put inkpad, cardstock, and reinkers on it to keep track of what I have or need. While I could easily tell if I had cardstock or the ink pad, for some reason those ink refills are really hard to keep track of.

I like the idea of a spreadsheet...less cumbersome!

On the SU web site go to the Printing Place and there is a really neat 48 colors inventory chart.

I have started a list of some of the "disposable" items from the SU catalog. By disposable, I mean carstock, ink, envelopes, etc.

It is by no means complete, nor do I guarantee the accuracy of the order #'s, however, you're welcome to take what I've started and edit it to suit your needs.

I've attached the file if it will help. Please note there is a separate worksheet for each category of item.

Ok, I'll share [Now everyone will KNOW how anal I am ;) ]

This file prints pages for my Compact-sized planner (4.25"x6.75"). I stamp a small image in the space provided if I own the ink color, and check off the blocks for reinker, marker & craft spot.

HTHs someone!

HTH,
I do this too, especially for the ink and paper. I also keep a little altered notebook that we made at a S10 for my wish list and whatever consumables I am running low on stuck in the catty. In addition, I do have a spread sheet of all my sets that includes the name, what catty it was from, whether it is current or retired, the price, the number of stamps in the set and anything else to note, like the color of the rubber.

I swear, I am not an organized person at all and my home office is a mess, but for my stamps, I can find the motivation to be organized! LOL!

Red face

I also use my catty to inventory my stock. Still not sure why I ordered a Pretty In Pink marker when I was ordering the new markers though!
