I was wondering if anyone could tell me about any recent experiences with Taylored Expressions? Generally, how is their response time and customer service?

I placed my first order recently and have a concern over how something was handled. Just wondering if my experience may be unusual or par for the course.

I have items in my cart but have not purchased from them. What I can say is they are a member company here and I have never heard anything negative about them.

I love them! I am in Australia and have bought Stamp Sets from Taylored Expressions numerous times over the past couple of years - and bought a couple of sets about a month ago. My experience has always been prompt, reliable service and everything was well-packaged for such a long trip to here - and never had any problems. And the quality of the stamps is fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending TE to anyone

I have placed several orders recently. The email confirmation was prompt. I had the items in my hands very quickly. My orders were properly packaged. I would say my experience with them has been positive.

I ordered from them for the first time after seeing the product focus on SCS for their die storage system. The order was shipped promptly and arrived quickly and was packaged well so nothing got damaged in shipment. My experience was a good one. Hope your issue is resolved quickly and to your satisfaction!

I have been purchasing items from TE for 2 years. I have had only positive experiences every time. In that time I have had 2 issues, one on my end and the other on their end, and both times the issue was resolved quickly. (In fact when it was on their end I received an email from them letting me know there had been a problem before I even knew there was a problem.)
