Default Looking for snowflake stamps...can you help?

Hi All,

I am looking for some cute snowflake stamps. Besides Stampin UP, does anyone know of any cute snowflake stamps? What are your favorites?

I want to use them as a background so I would like a couple sizes. I am having a hard time...which kind of surprises me. Thanks for your help.

I was just at my LSS and they had hundreds!!! All shapes and sizes...I didn't look at manufacturers though....I have several by SU and really don't use them that much, but I'm guessing almost every stamp comp. has snowflake stamps...have you googled snowflake stamps? That is always my first outlet...good luck with what you are looking for.

The TAC Fall Supplement has a set of 9 snowflakes in various sizes for $15.95.It's called Ornamental Snowflakes and I think it's very pretty. Let me know if this link doesn't work for you.

Two or three snowflake sets came to mind for me, links below:

From Verve Stamps
http://shopverve.com/vv-ww.html

From Provo Craft, I have this set and dig it mightily:
http://www.creativexpress.com/shop/p...7&cat=0&page=2
You can get it for a better price in this set:
http://www.creativexpress.com/shop/p...4&cat=0&page=2

And PC has released these stamps recently too:
http://www.creativexpress.com/shop/p...9&cat=0&page=1

HTH!

Oh my gosh,

Thanks for the ideas... I like the Verve ones...BUT they are SOLD OUT. LOL. I really dig that set from PC too.

I NEED to get them ASAP so I can get my Christmas cards DONE. I have my kids Birthday in December and 2 nephews too.plus Christmas shopping and blah blah blah. The Holidays are SO busy! Ughh...I get tired just thinking about it. Hopefully, I can get out tomorrow and look for them at my local LSS.

Thanks so much!!!!!!!

Thumbs up gel--tins

I've used some of the clear snowflakes by gel--tins. They're made of high quality polymer...made in North America. They're clear, so you can see right where you're stamping. My LSS (local stamp/scrap store) carries gel--tins. Here are some of them:

Then A Muse has some on this page (loopy flake, simple snowflake, flake trio, lots of snowflakes bl):

Okay...now that is what I am talkin 'bout!! Love the Elzybells. Love the Gelatins Mini retro set too. I love Amuse too, but they are a little too small for what I am thinking. Thanks so much ladies. I knew I could count you all!!! The TAC set is VERY pretty too. And such a great price! At least, I have some options now. Keep them coming if you think of any more!!

Just saw your note about snowflake stamps:
I got a set of acrylic snowflakes from here:

http://www.hmstamps.com/AcrylicHM.htm

A set of about 18 which includes a few sentiments. Scroll down until you see this set on the right.

I LOVE the snowflake set from Lizzie Anne Designs. Have used it for a background on some nugget tins.

I absolutely LOVE my TAC Snowflakes set. Not the Ornamental Snowflakes set that has been mentioned (although that one is pretty!) but the one in the regular catalog. It's just called Snowflakes and it's only $10.95.

here and here are links to a few of my cards in the gallery using it.

Thumbs up Snowflakes

I have some acrylic ones by Paper Studio that I got at Hobby Lobby that I love. I believe that there are 15 snowflake stamps and some greetings, also, in this set. They were 50% off so I decided to try them and I have really enjoyed working with them.

Rubber stamp tapestry has a neat set I bought a few years back. Its images are small, but I liked it for stamping backgrounds and have even used it to make 12x12 scrapbooking paper backgrounds.
http://www.rubberstamptapestry.com/P...tCode=SCE30000
It's a set of 5 or 6 peg stamps that you can use with different colours.

Here's a clear set from Stampendous that is kind of doodly:

http://www.stampendous.com/newfdr/707pcs.html
You have to scroll down a bit. It's called Snowflake Symphony

Here's some others from Stampendous. One is really similar to the A Muse snowflake but looks like it might be bigger:

I know about this set and WAS going to get it....I LOVE IT, but it is sold out. Everytime I try to order from them things are sold out...it is SO frustrating. I can't stay up for the release party every month. It won't be back in stock til MID November...that is WAY TOO LATE. I can't start my cards after Thanksgiving. I want them mailed by Dec. 1st.

Thanks for the response though!!!
