OK - I got the Stampin' Scrub and the Stampin' Mist here. LOVE the scrub, hate the mist! I am highly sensitive to fragrances and when I spray that stuff it really makes me gag. So I decided to try something... a cleaner I just bought at WalMart a couple weeks ago... no alcohol, no funky stuff, biodegradeable, yadda yadda. It's called Holy Cow, it's pink and yowza did it do a nice job cleaning my stamps last night!!! Just thought I'd pass along the tip!
I just dilute my Stampin' Mist w/ a little water (about 2-3 parts mist to one part water) to take care of the smell AND to stretch it out a bit b/c I can't help using it up like crazy LOL. If it's diluted too much (some do 1/2 and 1/2) I find it doesn't clean as well.
The stuff you got at WalMart must be new - I've never seen it there before - is it a spray? The stamp cleaner I've bought from there before was crap and wasn't worth the $$ I spent on it. I prefer SU's mist.
It's a general household cleaner. It's a spray, it's pink and it was CHEAP - around $2 for the bottle. I figure if it's safe for wood, jewelry and painted surfaces it ought to do OK on rubber! Gotta try it out on the CTMH Acrylix.... I wonder how Simple Green would work on stamps????? Hmmmm...

I *love* Simple Green for cleaning stamps (and the house too!) I'm going to remember this Holy Cow stuff too. I'm always looking for safe, eco-friendly cleaners for the house.
I LOVE The stamp cleaner at walmart (in the stamp section) - it is $2.47 a bottle (in a blue and white bottle).I am planning to make some using the recipes I have found here to save some $ on cleaner!!
