Default I'm having a blonde moment...can you help me?

I'm looking at the most recent issue of Stamp It! magazine (rust colored, with 159 Trendy Designs)...page 37...the matchbook card "When life give you lemons". Anyway, for the life of me, I cannot figure out what you do with the little resealable bag filled with hair gel. Directions say to adhere over glass cut-out. Huh? Maybe I'm just tired and need to take another look in the morning.

But in the meantime, if you can shed any light, I'd appreciate it. It's such a cute card.

I need something to do while I'm (im)patiently waiting for the new catty.

Okay - I looked at the picture... and I will try to explain it better. You stamp the glass image on the white piece that you see on the front of the card, then you cut out just the inside part of the cup and it makes a window, and you stamp more of those "Sparkles" with the black on the piece that is cut out. Adhere the cut-out piece (the cup inside part with black sparkles) down, then you put the gel packet over that piece, then you put the "window" piece over that. Did that make any more sense or did I make it worse? I tototally thought I could explain it, but when I read what I wrote, I got more confused!
