Default Looking for Liquid mask..

I have seen at conventions a product called liquid mask. It was a little on the pricey side but the more I think about it I think the convenience would be worth the price. BUT I cant find it online anywhere or at any of our hobby stores here in Omaha. Can anyone lead me to it?

Thank you!

Watercolorists use it all the time. You should be able to find it at Michaels or Hobby Lobby or any art supply store in the watercolor section.
Hope this helps!

Ireland--

Have you used it? Do you like it? How expensive is it? Does it work well? Are you tired of all my questions?

Michaels sells a product called Miskit Frisket. I can't remember how much I paid for it. It's over in the art section, not with the stamping stuff.

I have used this and it works well. You stamp your image and color as you want then you cover your image with the liquid. Let it dry then stamp your other image over the dried liquid, just like a regular masking then you kind of peel the liquid mask off . It dries to a gummy texture. Kind of strange at first but you can "draw" with the liquid so you cover just want you want to. I have run into a few problems in the past though. Don't squeeze to hard or too much comes out and takes forever to dry, plus on cheaper paper (not SU of course ) when I went to remove my mask the top layer of paper peeled off with it, so much for my image. I think I had put on too much and the paper got too wet. Once you get the hang of it it is nice.
Hope this helps.

There is a product in a pen form called Masquepen. Haven't seen it advertised in a while, but I think it's still around. It's basically the same as what you can buy in a bottle, it's liquid friskit (not sure of my spelling there!). You can buy paper friskit too...it's fantastic for masking. That comes in huge roll, though.

I have the Masquepen and it is very easy to use, espeically for thin lines and small irregular areas that you want to mask. I used it recently on the eyeglasses and other areas from Thinking of Father set to give highlights where I was sponging ink. Found it online after seeing it on ebay.

I bought a bottle of Incredible White Mask Liquid Frisket at a stamp convention last year. It was $10 for a 4.5 oz. bottle and made by Grafix, Cleveland, OH. Wish I could tell you how it worked, but, well, you know the rest of this story!

I recently purchased a roll (6" X 33') of Eclipse Art Masking Tape. I haven't used it yet, but the entire roll is just like the sticky part of a Post-It Note. I got it at a stamping store in WA.
