I order from them regularly - typically it's pre-orders for new releases. And they are pretty true to their projected ship dates (and do regularly update their website to reflect any changes). I had one problem one time - something was missing from my order. The packing slip said it was included but it wasn't. I emailed them, they acknowleged the problem and I had my replacement item shortly thereafter.
If you plan on purchasing regularly from them, they do have a rewards program you can sign up for.
