I used to get some PB from Morning Star Ink but the website has really changed and only shows Hero Arts. They have a store in Athabasca so perhaps if you email what you want they could help you out.

Western Educational Activities Limited in Edmonton carries them. I seem to remember them saying on their website that they will do mail order if you know what you want. So, you could probably get the stamp name and code number from the PB website and call WEAL with your order and they could send it to you. Worth a try anyway. I've ordered some PB brushstroke stamps through ATRS, but it's not Canadian.
