Looking for Charlotte NC Stamp and Scrapbook Stores
 
I am going to Charlotte NC in October on a business trip. I will be arriving on a Monday and staying through Friday but will be in business meetings all day except for Monday. I am hoping to arrive early enough to try to do a little shopping.

Does anyone know of any good stamping and / or scrapbook stores in Charlotte that would be open on a Monday?

Someone else recently posted about this and there were several suggestions. I will try to find it but you may want to search as well. I will be there next summer with a group from here and we will be hitting them up!!!

The Scrap Shack is also in Mooresville, great store and right down the road from stampers alley. I only live about 20 mins from both of them. The scrap shack is co owned by Dale Jrs. sister Kelly!

Thanks, I will be staying at the Hilton Charlotte University Place....is that close by. I may not have a car (may be carpooling) and will have to take a taxi. I am hoping they are hoping at night or I might not be able to shop at all. The only time I will have some free time during the day is Monday and I will bet some of the stores are closed on Monday.

I know that Stampers Alley is closed on Mondays. It's also about 20 miles from downtown Charlotte, so further than you would probably want to go in a taxi.

Hi Diane, the Scrap Shack is open on Monday. And the University Hilton is right down the street from me. In that same plaza is Michaels arts and crafts, and Hobby Lobby is right up the street. I'll have to check my work schedule , maybe we can meet. Especially since your only 10 minutes from me. Just e mail me and I can give you my cell #, and if you find out what time you are free, I can always pick you up if that works with my schedule. Lori

That would be great.....I will take you up on that. I always wanted to go to a hobby lobby..is that open nights?
