Default Little Monkeys Service Question

How quickly in the past has the ship time been? I ordered some of the Store More Stamps items Thanksgiving Weekend when there was a sale, and haven't received them yet. I notice that nothing has been added to her blog since Dec. 7th. Does anyone know if things are alright with her and her family. I've tried to reach her unsuccessfully via e-mail, so thought I'd ask around here. Thanks!

I too ordered during the sale and have yet to receive my items. Hopefully everything is okay, and things are just running behind because of the holidays.

I ordered the storage system at the end of October and have yet to receive my order. Since I am in Ontario, I thought it would be a little longer than most. I e-mailed and on Dec 3 received the reply that her mother had emergency surgery but she would look into it.

I think that would be horrible to have to deal with a business and your mother's illness!

That being said, she did look into my lost parcel and said she was sending out a new order since that first one must have got lost.

I still haven't received the second order (or first) and now no one is returning my e-mails, so I am hoping that everything is all right, family wise.

Unfortunately, I think I will have to contact Paypal if it is not too late. My next step would be to call my credit card company and see what they can do.

Unfortunate for me, because I have seen this storage system and really like it (not to mention need it- not to mention paid for it).

I sincerely hope this is just an oversight or her family is coming first - which is fine also, but it would be nice to hear from someone about it. KWIM?

That's what I'm hoping as well. The ones I ordered were for my mother, so I hate to think that I steered her towards something wrong.

I ordered something the beginning of October and finally got it late October/early November after emailing asking about it. She claimed to resend mine as well. Not saying she did or didn't send it the first time. Just saying she told me the same thing about having to resend it.

I do know that her mother was very sick and in the hospital around American Thanksgiving time - but an email stating your orders would be late would have helped ease the sting. I am still waiting for an order I placed on Nov.26 so I feel your frustration. I also feel for Susan, as nothing is worse than having a sick parent! Hang in there, hopefully they will come soon! I'm hoping too!!!

My husband ordered the first week of December. I thought he just kept it hidden from me to surprise me for Christmas. But, no. I was really bummed on Thursday. I agree with others, that things happen in our personal lives that affect business, but an email or some notification would be nice, considering we all pay in advance.

I have ordered from them in the past and been very pleased with the service. however, I am in the same situation as all of you; I ordered on their Thanksgiving sale and have yet to receive mine or get a response to emails sent. My friend did get hers though, so I am hoping that things are moving even if rather slow.

I am in the same boat and finally contacted Paypal since you only have 45 days to do so, I really hated doing this!!! I have tried to email her multiple times with no response, hopefully paypal can get us some answers.

I have not received an email yet, I am sorry to say, so I had to contact my credit card company (hated to do that....) They are looking into it and hopefully they can get my parcel to me.

I think the system looks fabulous, but the bottom line is, I paid for it back in October and still haven't received it.

I would still rather have this storage system than my money back......my stamps over-floweth.....with love of course!
