Annek...I think that was me and my friend! We are new, and we did mention SCS! We were in on Wednesday. (All join hands now and sing "it's a small world, after all!") I did love the store, even if lots was packed up already (REALLY makes us want to get back there!). It's a bit of a ride for us, from Princeton, NJ area, but we made a day of it, stopping at the Craft Warehouse first and having lunch out as well. It was a great day. Nice to "meet" you!

That is so cool!!!!!! I am glad more people are finding Rubberbuggy. It's such a fun store & I always have to circle around several times to make sure I see everything. Glad you went. You'll have to plan another trip when the new store opens!!! Nice to 'meet' you too!!!

Talking Rubberbuggy - UPDATE

So guess where I went on Saturday a.m.????????

The new store is just fabulous!!!!!!!!! So spacious and stocked with TONS of goodies!!!!! The lounge area is so cool - all set up for kids or hubby's to watch t.v., have a snack, play, read - while the ladies shop! The classroom is aweseome as well - I can't wait until Stamp Night (May 18th)!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo!!!

I asked Kris about having an SCS gathering (cost, etc.) - she's still kicking around some thoughts about what she will charge but said she'd let me know.

YOU MUST GO VISIT!!!!!!!!!!

Ooooooooh I am sure an all day crop would have been fun too!

Oh yes, I did buy some fun things! I bought some clear stamp sets & a few wood mounted stamps too. I got some delicious patterned paper & the new glue pad everyone is raving about. Kris was putting in an Amuse order & asked me if there was something specific that I might want Some of the ones she is ordering I am going to pick up in a few weeks - woo hoo!

The only thing that was missing (and he'll be there beginning this week) is Hobbes, her orange tabby cat. He was such a part of the other store, greeting everyone, etc. Kris said he runs to her when she comes home and is like "Mommy, you left me ALL DAY, I missed you!!!" So cute!

Default Rubberbuggy

I would love a get together there.
I visited this morning, wow love the new place, so much more room, and I had it pretty much to myself, so I could browse, and ooh and aah without an audience. Took my mom and dd along , and they had a snack, did some coloring and chatted while I shopped. Saw lots of great stuff, and bought some stamps, a new Cuttlebug folder( she has all of them I believe) and brads and paper. Wish they had a bit more paper, but oh well... worth the trip indeed!

I'd be game for a get-together at Rubber Buggy as well. I'm only 30 minutes from there, and recently went to the store. It's VERY cool, and Kris is VERY nice and helpful.

Where is there a stamping store in Exeter, PA??? I'm right by Exeter and would love to check it out. TIA!

How far is Rubberbuggy fron the Outlets? I assume you mean Rockvale Outlets? I live in Harrisburg and was not aware of Rubberbuggy, but I think next time I trek to the QVC outlet, I am going to visit?

Rubberbuggy is literally right up the street from the outlets - (yes, the Rockvale ones). RB is on Rt. 896S - only a few miles from the Rt. 30 intersection (which is the eastern end of the Rockvale outlets - Waffle House is across the street).

Thumbs up Friday June 1st - Stamp Till You're Buggy Night

Ladies,

This Friday from 6 p.m. - 12 a.m. - Rubberbuggy has a "Stamp Till You're Buggy Night". You pay a fee (I think Kris said it would be $2.50 per hour or $10 for the whole night), bring whatever project you're working on & a snack. You can buy supplies if you need them too.

I am planning on being there - I have several projects to get done! Hope some of you can make it too!

If you want more info - you can visit RB's website in the newsletter section.

Default Stamp Night @ Rubberbuggy! FUN!

Girls - the "Stamp Till You're Buggy" night is WAY FUN! There weren't very many of us in attendance, but we had a great time working on our projects w/no interruptions, snacks & laughter.

Keep an eye out for the next newsletter to announce the next time!

I also took the Twinkling H2O's class - loved it! I finally learned enough about them to be able to use them more efficiently & creatively!

Woo hoo!!!
