Kraft cardstock??
Where can I find inexpensive kraft cardstock? Does Michael's or AC Moore carry it? Thanks so much!

We don't have AC Moore here but I don't think I've seen kraft by itself in Michael's, though it might be in a neutral combo pack.

If you have a Hobby Lobby near, that's where I buy all of mine. I use it frequently and normally it is priced at .29 cents a sheet but can be picked up half price every month or so.

Most scrapbooking stores carry it but I think SU pack of 40 sheets is the best value. I find that its quality is better than other brands I've tried. Hope that helps!

My favorite Kraft paper is from Papertrey. It's a nice 110 lb weight and comes in a variety of amounts - 12 sheets for $3, 24 sheets for $5 or 50 sheets for $9 and, you get free shipping on a $60 order! __________________

I bought a pack of 50 sheets (8.5 x 11) at Hobby Lobby. I've never used any other brand, but is it supposed to feel rougher than a paper bag?
I think the HL pack was only $3.99 a pack so I figure it's not bad for the price.
I'd be curious to compare textures. Of course I wouldn't want it ultra smooth, but I think the HL brand is a little rough. If this were a toilet paper comparison, is this the "Scott Tissue" of Kraft paper?

This made me smile ... I recently bought some SU Kraft (and matching envelopes) because I like lots of things I've seen with Kraft cs and was placing an order. I've always liked it but haven't used others to make a comaprison. |

LOL. Love the toilet paper comparison! SU's and PTI's Kraft are both smoother than the HL version. SU's is thicker than the HL version, but thinner than PTI's. PTI's is super thick (great for making card bases or boxes) and has more dark threads through it, which makes it look more rustic to me. __________________ I'm a natural blonde. Both SU and PTI are great papers.
I use both.
Love the look of Kraft. Especially with white!!!

I have Gina K's and PTI's. Pretty much same thickness. I mixed them up by mistake and now I can't tell which is which, but the color is slightly different.
