Well I got my first order from the new catalogue and just mounted 13 sets and cannot wait to use them. Unfortunately I have to do some cleaning and weeding today before I can play. I also got the Flexible Everyday phrases set and haven't attempted to mount that. I may just mount them as I need certain phrases. I still have my two Retro alphabet sets I have to mount. I have such a hard time mounting all those stamps at once.
Sometimes I wish the sets would just come mounted so that I could play as soon as they arrive.
LOL!! I did 12 last night ... and almost mounted my finger (the SU scissors are sooooo sharp!!). I have already been stamping today and plan to keep on keeping on! LOL! It is raining here, anyway. Good excuse to stay in my 'haven.'
I'm pretty sure that mounting all of those sets counts as work! What do you think ladies? Which means you can reward yourself with lots of free time--I say you bust out those stamp sets and have a ball!!
Wow! Congrats on your new purchases! So tell us, which sets did you get??
Did you mount them all in one sitting?? It takes me forever to cut and mount stamps - I have fibromyalgia and my neck and shoulder start hurting in less than an hour. I cut out my Alphadots from my Starter Kit last night - I think those are the easiest alphas to cut, but it still took me awhile!!
I mounted 10 sets in one sitting the other night! By the time i finished it was so late..i haven't gotten a chance to play with them yet! My hands were sore too.

My good friend suffers from FM (as she calls it) as well. I feel for you!!!

I ordered 18 sets and mounted all but Flexible Sayings and the Quriky Alphabet lower. I think I will mount the abc set today but everytime I looked at the Flexible Sayings set, I winced. I will probably leave that for when I need them. lol

Uh, oh!! I was planning to get that set for my Stampin' Start reward! LOL! Maybe I will have the gusto to do it when it comes.
I cut and mounted all 12 of my new sets last night. I like to do that watching TV with dh. It doesn't bother me much ... until I take a bite out of my finger instead of the rubber!! LOL!
I usually mount mine while my DH and I are watching the Nascar races. Kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. Just have to hope that my driver(s) don't crash, otherwise I might lop off a word or letter!! lol
18 stamp sets??????? Holy smokes. You NEED help (I'm just saying that to make myself feel better)! LOL! Go ahead and mount the Everyday flexible phrases. I did it in two sittings. It wasn't so bad if you didn't think about what you were doing. I watched tv while I did mine.
Pam- you are always trying to lead everyone astray. I have really noticed this. Hmmmmm. . . do you need a timeout?
