How many thank you gift cards for new baby?

My neighbour and several of my friends are pregnant, and I am wanting to do a set of baby thank you cards to give them as a present. I will also make a matching box with ribbon. So far I have done a set of 6 gift cards (half A2 size) but it doesn't seem enough. Do I need to do 10 or 12 for a set, or will 6 be enough?

I think a minimum of 10 but it's up do you. How much are your supplies costing? do you have a budget for the gift?

Maybe you could do a little basket and put a matching pen or post it note holder or a little something else with it.

I usually do 12, 4 each of 3 different designs.

I know you are making these for a gift, but what do you think you could sell a set with box for?

I make 10 with matching evelopes & put them in the clear card boxes available on Papertrey Ink http://www.papertreyink.com/acc_clearboxes.html
Then I will wrap a strip of coordinating patterned paper and a matching image punched out and attached to the box.

I have done this three times now & two of them have come back and offered to pay me to make 20 more! It's all about the presentation I guess
