Default Perfect Printing Pouch

I saw an ad in my CardMaker magazine has anyone actually used these? It says they can be used on acetate, vellum, etc. But it sounds like they use a printer rather than stamping. I am wonder how well these work? If when you stamp on acetate that makes the surface less slippery so when you stamp you don't smudge it as easy?

Also what would be the difference between these and an embossing buddy?
