Default Did you mount the flowers separately from the stems on Easy Elegance?

I've held off on mounting this set. I am not sure what to do. I don't like to alter the stamps in anyway, but I think it will so much easier to use if I do mount the flowers separately. Please let me know what you did, or your thoughts about it.

No -- I don't like using a stamp positioner and with the markers, it is easy to color the sections separately.

I have this set on order - should receive it this week. I won't mount the stems & flowers separately. If you don't have the markers, I've found the spots are a great substitute. Enjoy!

I mounted mine altogether. I have just recently begun buying the markers. I figured I'd start with the greens so I could color in the stems easier

I mounted mine together too. I use spots and full size ink pads for mine. I do have a few markers too. It's actually pretty easy to ink these stamps up with just about anything you have.

Yes, I mounted mine separately. I just prefer it this way.

Mounted together and am loving the markers and spots to color in. Since these are kinda watercolor designs... it doesn't matter if your colors blend a little... they look so pretty. Don't bother mounting separate.

as a matter of fact... I've used this set in 3 projects this weekend... Baptism invite for an older child... my sisters wedding invite and a journal for me... loving it. Can't get enough.

I mounted mine together and use the markers and then huff. I love the look.

Mounted whole. Since I don't have most markers (only black) I always use my blender pens in the lids for separate colors. Plus on a set like this, the subtler coloring looks nice.

I mounted mine separate, and like it, but know that if you mount the stems on the long side and the flowers on the ends, the word stamp won't fit in the box! If I had markers I would probably leave it together.

I mounted mine together. I have the markers to use, but have also used the craft spots just fine. If you mount them separately, you'll have to use the stampamajig to line them back up when stamping, I think.

I just ordered them. I didn't even think of separating them. I may do that since I get tired of using the markers on them and having to blow. I don't think it would be too much trouble matching them up.

I mounted mine separately. I find that they are more versitile that way and it saves time as well. I hate having to worry about two separate colors running into each other. I also recently cut apart the flower and leaves in the Simple Sketches set and find I am much happier, though it was sooo hard to bring myself to heat, separate and cut apart. Ugh! But soooo glad I did.

Together for me. They ink up easily with a spot or markers.

Really? I tried to make it fit and unless there's a secret? Hmmm I don't care, though, I put the saying in my small script box and that's fine - I like having them mounted separate! I don't have any trouble matching them up.
