I've got the SS's technique to the Beautiful Sea card.......
and here it is. Thanks to our very special SS (who is going to remain secret for the time being)
I used regular white cardstock and spritzed it with water. Then I brayered the Kaleidacolor Blue Breeze onto the wet paper. I think I just randomly brayered in different directions. Then I sprinkled some salt on it. (I used the coarse salt that comes with frozen soft pretzels). Then spray it a little more with water and let it sit until dry. I did not dry it with any heat- I think that would rush it and you wouldn't get the effect. Brush off the salt when dry. Then I can't remember if I used Night of Navy or black but I stamped it with the speckle background stamp. Now that I have the Inkworx air tool I would probably use that instead. Then I stamped the images (in black or Navy?) on the background and again on white. A few were cut out and layered on top. I'm so glad you all like it and I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner. I wasn't sure how to respond and not give myself away! LOL!
have fun everyone, and don't forget to show us your awesome creations.
