Someone tell me what this is and where I can get some. Saw it on a card in the gallery and I just have to have some. Thanks!

Irridescent Ice is an embossing powder that SU! sells. As far as the technique, no idea!

hehehehehehe another one of those things I HAD TO HAVE out of the catty and don't use!! Have got an excuse to use it now.. might have to try that technique!!
