Ink Uses and Comparison Chart

Way back in the old days when I first started stamping, I had a chart that listed different types of inks and their uses (maybe from SU?). It listed things such as dye inks, pigment inks, and solvent inks. I have been thinking about it lately, as I know there were inks on there that I hadn't heard of at the time, and so ignored. Now I'm wondering if I should have taken notice of them! It's been bothering me- does anyone still have such a thing I could take a look at, because naturally I can't find mine anymore! ;)

Although inks generally have a 'best for' use, its often worth experimenting too. For instance, dye inks are not intended to be embossed with powder/heat. However, some are very wet & juicy, and depending on the cardstock, you do get time to add embossing powder before it dries. Also, drier/fast drying ones can be made embossable by putting a clear embossing ink or Versamark, on your stamp before the coloured dye ink.
