Default Check out the SU website!

The contents of each of the simply sent kits and samples from each one are listed!

http://www.stampinup.com/us/enu/6766.asp

This gives a bit more information than the winter mini did.

Some of these sets are really cute- but I'm still wary about the price.
I'm trying to decide if I want the "K" set or if I'd rather have 2 families of spots... I love the K, but am leaning towards the spots.

Default Which would you get?

I need some help deciding.

Would you rather have 12 packs of different colored cardstock or 2 packs from each family of assorted cardstock?

I think they're great for beginners and/or gifts, but for those of us who already have all the paper, ink, markers, watercolor crayons, ribbons etc... it's like spending $40+ for a set of 4 stamps. While I like some of the stamps, I find it hard to justify.

That's what I was thinking...........Although I do love the "K" set, since I'm a Kate and my sister is a Krystal, I'm sure I could use it. But I've found myself collecting all these spots, although they are good for door prizes.
I just got the Autumn Elegance and I love the leaves so I got the leaves. BUT if you want one of the kits do it during SAB and you'll get another set for free. Then it won't seem like you spent $40 for 4 stamps. I hear the SAB stamps are great.......soon we will see!!!:-D

I'll be honest I think they are way over priced. I love some of the stamps but lets face it those are 11.95- 16.95 price sets. It is good for beginners, however for that price they could get a bunch of other starter stuff. I hate to admit it though the K one is something I really want. I see lots of uses for it beyond the kit. The others aren't that great. Just my opinion though. I know I will be saving this purchase for SAB time, to justify it.

Thanks for the link. It looks like you only get PIECES of the cardstock, not an entire sheet. Makes it fast and easy for beginers, but an expensive set for the rest of us. But, if you love the stamp set, go for it. You can use it for a while and then sell it. I bet there will be high demand later for just the stamps.

Yes, they're great for beginners! You can buy the kit and get started stamping right away. I wish something like this had been available when I first started. My first purchase included a set and a couple of pads. I never did anything with it until years later when I'd finally collected enough 'stuff' to make it fun!
I'm glad that the images in the stamp sets are similar to some I already own, so that I won't be tempted to get any of the kits just for the stamps! LOL!

Default I feel I'm in the minority here

I love these kits and I'm looking forward to using them. As much as I love to browse thru the gallery, at times I feel frustarted because there is many things used for one card. These kits are great because I can look at the gallery and see variations of the use of stamps and cardstock and I do not have to feel frustrated because I will have everything I need right there.
I saw the Graditude Kit at my demos house and liked what was there. I just need to place my order. I want them all (LOL)
