Need money card ideas

I have a birthday party for DD to go to tonight; her friend is turning 7. Can't find anything in this tiny town for her, so I am giving money. However, being broke and unable to make it to the bank anyway, I only have toonies and loonies. I'm sure it'll be tacky to give change, but it's better than nothing.

Any ideas for a money card with change? Or what to put the money in separately that I can make this afternoon?
