Default If you had to choose!

hello...I am getting ready to place my Sell-a-bration order and I can't decide between two background stamps...Stipple Plaid and Swirls & Blossoms...Of course I would like both, but I am already way over my limit!!! So....if you had to decide, which one would you get? I looked in both galleries andthere is not much for either of those specifically but I'm sure there MANY in some of the other galleries since they are backgrounds...any help/thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated...

I have Stipple Plaid and love it!! I've used it for Christmas, baby, masculine, and "country" cards.

I've found that it has a lot of versatility!

I'm sure you'll love whatever you pick.

I like the Stipple Plaid. I can use for both genders. I have the Delicate Design wheel so if I feel I need a flower background I can wheel that, and it was cheaper that way. Stipple Plaid is more versatile IMHO.

HTH

am I the only one who would choose swirls and blossoms?? I like them both, but swirls and blossoms is highter on my wish list. it's just so fun looking. but I do have the plaidmaker, so I don't really feel like I need the plaid background as much.

I'd go for Stipple Plaid too, but Canvas is my favorite (wonder if I just added fuel to the fire).

Same here in all instances! Do you have a friend or demo you could borrow either from? Tht's how we decide on things like this a lot when our "funds" are limited.

thanks for all the feedback...looks like Stipple Plaid is in the lead!!! Canvas is not an issue for me...I almost ordered it and then realized that I have a stamp from GI that is very similar although just a little bit smaller...any other feedback...I better place my order soon before I start changing my mind again!!!

Yes, it is in the Winter Mini.

Here is a cute card by GavynnsMom that shows the background Canvas Stamp. Its really neat, because it looks like Magic Mesh:

I have both and love them both - I love all the b/g stamp. I just think Stipple Plaid has more versatility.

Kerilou - you can go to www.stampinup.com and view the winter mini on line.
